Do you have Medi-Cal and other health insurance (OHI)? If you have insurance through your work, parents or spouse, notify Medi-Cal and provide the information for the OHI. This will prevent problems when seeing your doctor or getting prescriptions filled. To change your records, call the Human Services Agency at 1-888-472-4463/TTY 711. If you get your benefits through Supplemental Security Income or Medicare, call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213/ TTY 1-800-325-0778.
