You have access to a registered nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A nurse can speak to you over the phone in your preferred language. La enfermera le ayudará a decidir si usted:

If you need a ride to or from a medical appointment, one-way or roundtrip rides are available for your next medical visit at no cost to you through Ventura Transit System (VTS).

Two types of transportation services are available:

  • Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).

Urgent care is for medical issues that do not need emergency room services but need quick attention from a health care provider.
