Do you have questions about your Medi-Cal benefits?

Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) offers three benefit information meetings each month. The Plan can answer any questions you have. At the meeting, you will learn about:

• Medi-Cal benefits and how to use them.
• Your rights and responsibilities as a GCHP member.
• Choosing and changing your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
• Getting dental, vision and behavioral health services.
• Transportation to your appointments.
• Resources to improve your health.
