Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) may pay for incontinence supplies costing up to $165 each month.
To qualify, members must:
- Have been diagnosed by a doctor with a condition that causes incontinence.
- Have a prescription for incontinence supplies.
- Live at home or in a community care facility.
- Be at least 5 years of age.
- Be a GCHP member on the date of service.
Available supplies may include:
- Disposable briefs (diapers).
- Protective underwear (pull-on products).
- Under-pads.
- Belted undergarments.
- Shields.
- Liners.
- Pads.
- Reusable underwear.
- Incontinence creams and washes.
Members who are associated with Tri-Counties Regional Center and need more than the products available through GCHP may receive help getting more supplies.
