Catch up on your routine health visits

Going to your doctor for routine health visits is important to staying healthy. Call your doctor's office to make an appointment if you or a family member have missed any of the following visits in the past year:

For children 0–21 years of age:

  • Well-care visit
  • Immunizations
  • Lead screening
  • Developmental screenings
  • Dental exam for fluoride varnish

Time-sensitive exams:

  • Pap test (ages 16–64)
  • Mammogram (ages 50–74)
  • Colonoscopy (ages 50–75)

Other exams:

  • Chlamydia
  • Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
