Going to your doctor for routine health visits is important to staying healthy. Call your doctor's office to make an appointment if you or a family member have missed any of the following visits in the past year:
For children 0–21 years of age:
- Well-care visit
- Immunizations
- Lead screening
- Developmental screenings
- Dental exam for fluoride varnish
Time-sensitive exams:
- Pap test (ages 16–64)
- Mammogram (ages 50–74)
- Colonoscopy (ages 50–75)
Other exams:
- Chlamydia
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
