Don't let your child miss these vital preventive health visits

You may have received a reminder in the mail from Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) to make an appointment for your child's preventive care services.

Make an appointment today if your child needs any of these free health care services:

• Well-check visit: A checkup on your child's health and development.
• Immunizations: All needed shots to prevent diseases and keep your child healthy.
• Blood lead testing: Routine screenings at 12 and 24 months of age, and up to 6 years of age if not done before.
