All members must choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP). You can choose or change your PCP in one of these ways:

- You must create an account.
- You must download an authentication app.

Call Member Services at 1-888-301-1228, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., seven days a week from Oct. 1 through March 31, and 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Friday from April 1 through Sept. 30. Si usa TTY, llame al 711.
Medi-Cal Provider Directory
The Medi-Cal Provider Directory lists primary care providers (PCPs), specialists, hospitals and clinics, and other health service providers. You can search the printed or online provider directory by health plan to find a provider that meets your needs.
New members get a welcome packet with a Provider Directory. You can also view and download the provider directory online. It is updated weekly to stay accurate.

Before You See a Specialist (Non-Emergency)
You may need a referral from your PCP before seeing a specialist. Contact your PCP to ask if a referral is required.
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) Approval
ECM and CS services require prior authorization and are only available to members who meet eligibility rules. For more information, call Member Services at 1.888.301.1228, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., seven days a week from Oct. 1 through March 31, and 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Friday from April 1 through Sept. 30.
