At Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP), we are deeply committed to providing equitable, high-quality care to our diverse membership. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training Program supports our provider network in delivering culturally responsive healthcare and complies with state regulations.
In alignment with the state Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) mandates, GCHP requires all staff, network providers, subcontractors and downstream subcontractors to complete this cultural humility training. This program delivers actionable insights and practical tools designed to address health disparities, enhance provider-patient communication, and foster inclusive healthcare environments.

- Audience: All staff, network providers, subcontractors and downstream subcontractors.
- Format: Online, self-paced modules.
- Timeline: Must be completed within 90 business days, by Feb. 23, 2027, and every two years thereafter.
