Your hearing is a precious thing. You can help protect yours by avoiding loud sounds. When you can't avoid the noise, try wearing hearing protection devices, like earplugs or earmuffs.

WEAR HEARING PROTECTION WHEN:
- Mowing the lawn.
 - Attending concerts.
 - Watching fireworks shows.
 - Using power tools.
 - Attending sports events.
 - Riding motorcycles or snowmobiles.
 - Target shooting.
