Routine Care

Regular preventive care helps children, teens, and adults stay healthy. This includes well-care visits, immunizations, tests, nutrition and diet support, care for chronic conditions, and mental health services.

If you have postponed your doctor visits, only see your doctor when you’re not feeling well, or are new to Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP), now is the time to see your doctor. We recommend that new members choose a doctor and see them within 120 days for an Initial Health Appointment. Appointments are available in person or through telehealth, depending on your provider.

Need Help Finding a Doctor?

If you don’t know who your primary care provider (PCP) is or want to choose or change your doctor, we can help.
